Subscribers' privacy is imperative at Acquirelists. That's why it is our basic tenet to keep our subscribers fully informed about the use of their personal information prior to their choosing to subscribe to Acquirelists.
Acquirelists collects the information provided by our subscribers at our and affiliated websites. Acquirelists also purchases and manages opt-in email lists generated by other organizations. Subscribers must provide their email address and categories of special interests. Optional information such as postal address, zip code, gender, and age may also be supplied at the subscriber's discretion. Acquirelists confirms all subscriptions via email. After confirmation, at which time the subscriber has "opted-in," Acquirelists will assure the authenticity of the record by matching it against our database of consumers. Acquirelists will then send you offers for goods and services relevant to your categories of interest.
Additionally, as part of our effort to bring Acquirelists subscribers the best possible offers, subscribers will receive special offers that would be of value to any online consumer. Acquirelists values your privacy. Our subscribers' email addresses will only be shared with third parties where (i) third party has sufficiently demonstrated to Acquirelists that their product or service is a direct match for a subscriber's special interests (ii) if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. With the exception of email transmissions conducted by a third party to its customer database, all email transmissions will be conducted by Acquirelists. The Acquirelists databases are proprietary. However, Acquirelists does, provide discretionary "optional" information such as name, postal address, zip code, age, gender, etc. to third parties for non-electronic media. Acquirelists always provides notice and choice to all subscribers. Once, a subscriber un-subscribes and chooses to be removed from Acquirelists, the subscriber will no longer receive any offers from Acquirelists unless the subscriber later opts-in.
Cookies are randomly generated to track unique customer conversions. No personal information is ever stored within such cookies. Acquirelists tracks responses to advertising campaigns; however, Acquirelists does not track subscriber web browsing activities. Please note that some of our customers' websites may use cookies; therefore, it is recommended that our subscribers take the time to review the privacy policies, when provided, of any websites prior to entering their information.

Subscribers can easily unsubscribe! To unsubscribe, simply click the remove link found in any Acquirelists offer or simply go to the Acquirelists removal site: Subscribers will be removed within 10 days of their request.
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name, telephone number and email address). We purchase marketing data from third parties and add it to our existing user database, to better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. To enrich our Profiles of individual customers, we tie this information to the personally identifiable information they have provided to us.
In the event Acquirelists goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
If you received an e-mail from us, it is because you opted-in to one of our clients' email lists. Our clients certify that all e-mail addresses used in our system are opt-in names that have given permission to the client to send them e-mail. We promise to keep your e-mail address secure and private and will not use it for other purposes.
Each e-mail sent through the Acquirelist system contains a link that allows subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from the sender. Each e-mail contains an easy and automated way for you to unsubscribe. You may also change your expressed interests at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe or change your interests, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of any e-mail.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information without your advance permission, unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is available only to employees responsible for managing this data.
Acquirelists has taken an additional step for permission-based marketing by building the technology for "confirmed opt-in" into its tools. E-mails marked as "confirmed opt-in" within Acquirelists system automatically send a follow-up e-mail to each subscriber asking him to verify that he wishes to receive communications via e-mail. Only those subscribers responding affirmatively will be opted-in to future mailings sent via the Acquirelist system. Confirmed opt-in leads to:
1. Better Results. E-mail marketing is most effective when messages are anticipated, personal and relevant. Sending unsolicited e-mail reduces deliverability and ROI.
2. A Reliable Reputation. By verifying that subscribers want to hear from your organization, you will avoid complaints and keep your brand reputable.
