We are hereby stating if any of the customers are having any contract/agreement from Acquirelists for using the EU emails, please make a note, all the contract/agreements will be void from 25 May 2018. Acquirelists shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the customers because of GDPR Laws. No liability or responsibility is accepted by the company for any damage, loss, legal expense, GDPR fines, court expense arising from any such commerical email activity usage.
Acquirelists reserves all rights to change or update these terms at any moment and at its sole discretion, by posting on its website or by providing any other notice, and your rights under these terms will be subject to the most current version posted on the website at the time of use.
